1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Studyverse website (studyverse.in) and your enrolment in any Studyverse coaching or mentorship program. By submitting a booking form, making a payment, or enrolling in a program, you ("you," "student," "parent/guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Studyverse provides one-to-one JEE, NEET, and academic coaching and mentorship services. We are not a school, college, or degree-granting institution, and we do not guarantee admission to any specific institution.

2. Eligibility & enrolment

• Our programs are open to students preparing for JEE, NEET, or school Boards (Class 9–12), as well as droppers.
• Enrolment is finalised only after: (a) submission of the booking/enquiry form, (b) a qualification call, (c) a diagnostic session with the parent and student, and (d) receipt of payment via the payment link shared by our team.
• Where the student is a minor, enrolment must be authorised and payment made by a parent or legal guardian.
• Studyverse reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion, including where a program is not a good fit for the student's current level or goals.

3. Our programs

Studyverse currently offers the following programs, each structured as one-to-one coaching with no fixed batch sizes:

• Boards Coaching — for Class 9–12 CBSE/ICSE students.
• Early Foundation — for Class 9–10 students building a head start for JEE/NEET.
• JEE/NEET Coaching — for Class 11–12 students and droppers, with Boards coverage included.
• Anchor Program — accountability-only support for self-studying students.

Program structure, session frequency, and duration are confirmed individually with each student/parent at the time of enrolment and may vary based on the specific plan chosen.

4. The Studyverse guarantee

This guarantee is assessed based on engagement metrics (session attendance, report submission) and academic performance indicators (mock test scores, topic-wise readiness) tracked by Studyverse over the 90-day period. It applies only where the student has actively participated as per the agreed schedule; it does not apply where lack of improvement is attributable to irregular attendance, non-submission of practice work, or discontinuation of the program before 90 days. 5. Fees & payments

• Program fees are communicated individually based on the plan selected and are payable via the secure payment link shared by our team, processed through Cashfree Payments.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Enrolment is confirmed only upon successful payment.

6. Student & parent responsibilities

To get the most from the program, students and parents agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time and inform their mentor in advance of any rescheduling needs.
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports and practice work as required by the program structure.
• Provide accurate academic history and information during onboarding, as this directly shapes the personalised plan.
• Engage respectfully with faculty and mentors at all times.

7. Faculty & mentorship

Studyverse assigns faculty and mentors based on subject expertise and fit with the student's goals. While we make every effort to maintain continuity, Studyverse reserves the right to reassign a student's mentor where necessary (e.g., faculty availability), with reasonable notice to the parent/student wherever possible.

8. Intellectual property

All study material, question banks, session content, and proprietary teaching frameworks provided as part of Studyverse programs are the intellectual property of Studyverse and are licensed to enrolled students for personal academic use only. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of this material without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

Studyverse provides coaching and mentorship support designed to improve academic readiness and performance. While we are committed to helping every student improve, we do not guarantee specific exam ranks, scores, or admission outcomes, as these depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including the student's own effort and external exam conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studyverse's liability in connection with any program shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student for that program.

10. Suspension & termination

Studyverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrolment in cases of misconduct, non-payment, or breach of these Terms, with notice to the parent/guardian wherever reasonably possible. Refunds in such cases, if any, will be governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

12. Changes to these terms

Studyverse may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or programs after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
