had to exist
I taught Physics at Allen in Kota. For years, I sat in rooms of 80, 100, sometimes 150 students — and I watched what happens when teaching is designed for the median. The students who needed more time on one concept got the same pace as everyone else. The students who understood something deeply got held back for the ones who didn't. Nobody won.

What broke me was not the struggling students. It was watching genuinely capable students — students with real potential — quietly give up. Not dramatically. Slowly. They stopped raising their hand. They stopped asking questions. They started believing the problem was themselves.
It wasn't. The problem was the system.
