Make every student better than yesterday.

Every student can become their best. It doesn't happen in a day. It happens class by class, as they become a little better than yesterday. Your job is to make that happen in every class.

Understanding, never rote

If a student can only repeat it, it hasn't been taught. We teach until they can explain it.

No two students learn the same way

So no two classes should be taught the same way. You change your approach for the student, not the other way around.

We teach the whole student

Confidence, habits and curiosity matter as much as the syllabus. We teach holistically.

Topic-specific teaching

You teach only what you truly command: your subject, or the specific topics you have mastered.

What you'll need

Your teaching setup.

Classes must never stop halfway. All three are required.

A writing device with screen sharing

Any tablet with a stylus: iPad with Apple Pencil, Android tablet with stylus, or a pen tablet.

A stable internet connection

Reliable enough for uninterrupted live video and screen sharing.

Power backup

An inverter or UPS, so power cuts never interrupt a class.
